Echoes of Mercy & Hope Foundation (EMHF)
EMHF is Christian ministry that is committed to giving a hope and a future to young and destitute girls aged 12 to 17 years.
EMHF provides a safe and nurturing home for these girls; the homeless, the abused, and those living the aftermath of their wrong choices.
At EMHF, we work within the tenure that these females are in the home, engage them in various transformational activities which will engender healing and re-integrate them with their families and society. It is our prime objective, that our transformational activities would empower the girls with a better stance to face the challenges of the future.
The majority of the members of our NGO (EMHF ) have graciously volunteered their time while a few are reimbursed for their work. Regardless of this fact, all have decided to intervene to change the course of direction of these young girls from a hopeless life to a redeemed life in Christ Jesus.
Echoes of Mercy Hope Foundation, is a non governmental Organisation registered in Nigeria (NO 51770) by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 12th Aprill 2012.
What We Stand For
Our Ethos
The premise for our existence and operations at EMHF is based on fundamental Christian principles. We believe there is only one living and true God, and that the eternal God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each member of the Trinity has distinct personal attributes, but yet He is still one. We believe that the Holy Bible was written by divine inspiration, and that it is a record of God’s revelation of Himself to man. It is a book of divine instruction. We believe in the new birth as a work of God’s grace whereby believers become new creatures in Christ Jesus. It is a change of heart wrought by the Holy Spirit through conviction of sin, to which the sinner responds in repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Youth Wing
EMHF Youth’s have also realized that Knowing Jesus, and accepting him as Lord and saviour is Vital, without Jesus in their Life, they are handicapped to show God kind of Love and commitment to the Less privileged. Some of the activities the youth engage in at EMHF for the Awareness and propagation of our mission and vision include: – Social media awareness through Facebook,Twitter, LinkedIn and Personal Blogs – Annual fundraiser support staff – Partnerships with youth fellowships and churches with vibrant youths – National day of volunteering in partnership with selected NGO’s and Not- for -profit organizations Youth leaders: Toni Soyebo, Bunmi Alaga, Ayo Delumo, Seun Soyebo, Toke Soyebo, Bimbo Balogun, Tomi Soyebo
